Drainage & Gutters
If a property is prone to water settling in an undesirable spot, regrading the property may not be possible. A solution for this could be to add drainage trenches under the surface of the sod to promote better drainage of the yard. Properly configured lead and drainage pipes can be used in sync with gutters for optimization of drainage. This can ensure reduction of standing water, properly aerated soil, less nutrient loss from runoff, as well as avoiding soil erosion, and may be used as water collection for periods of dry weather.
Gutters serve the special purpose of gathering natural rainwater dispersing it away from buildings and walkways thus preventing deterioration. If professionally installed, maintained gutters can be used in directing the water for the repurpose and reuse in gardens and landscape.

Hardscape & Pavers
We have the experience and know-how to update or change any outdoor surface via hardscaping. Our use of pavers and stacked stone result in unique and beautiful open-air spaces. Installation includes silicon mold-free sand providing up to four inches of the base, along with repairing any torn sprinkler system or grass in the process of laying the pavers, for the total turnkey experience.

Our systems are intended to control drip lines to feed trees and plants to ensure proper care, along with appropriate placement of sprinkler heads to guarantee proper coverage achieves utmost watering potential. If a repair is only required, we will go above and beyond by cleaning each sprinkler head and ensuring there is no blockage in any of the lines. Palisades Zoysia
Recognized for repelling insects and disease resistance, as well as known for its shade, drought, and weed tolerance, Palisades turf, is an extremely soft, thin blade, in a beautiful Hunter Green color. It requires no chemicals, and less water than average grass breeds and is designed not to spread beyond its borders. Making it the leading breed in the Zoysia collection, for conserving upkeep expense without causing harm to its splendor subsequently resulting in especially low maintenance.
Classic St. Augustine
Believed to be the best variety of its kind on the market, Classic, is a true “Southern Style” wide leafed green rich color blade, known for its shade, weed and disease tolerance, and resistance to cold. Requiring regular water, fertilization, mowing, and maintenance.
